I was told by a Visa agent that, if I am going solo and don't have a travel history, it is hard for the people at the consulate to believe I am going for legal trip. And this is because, apparently, not many people from India travel solo.

How true is this?

Does travel history matter for visa?

Travel history is not an essential or required document/condition for obtaining a visa, but if you made a good travel history, then it can increase your chance of visa approval.

Can single entry Schengen Visa?
