Do I need finger printing for Schengen visa?

I am trying to apply for Schengen visa from USA. As per information I can submit my document by mail to German embassy if my finger prints were taken before 59 months . I have been issued 3 Schengen visa in past (June 2016,July 2018 and Feb 2019) . I don't recollect if my finger prints were taken in 2019 , I visited Netherlands in August 2019 . I am not sure if my finger prints were taken in 2019 . Currently there are no personal appointments available in embassy and case is if I had my finger prints taken before 59 months then I don't need to visit in person and can mail my documents . Is there a way I can know if my finger prints were taken during my last visa appointment ?
