Can I go to the UK, Ireland, or maybe Russia or Ukraine for a few months to reset my Schengen limit?

Can I go to the UK, Ireland, or maybe Russia or Ukraine for a few months to reset my Schengen limit? - People in the Street Protesting against War

I'm currently in Poland. I will have been in the Schengen area for 90 days at the beginning of March, although my first entry was back on September 7th, 2019. 180 days after that is March 5th, 2020.

So my question is... since UK/Ireland aren't in the Schengen area, can I go there for a bit to reset the Schengen count? Or would somewhere like Ukraine or Russia be better?
