Use Schengen visa issued by another country to travel others without going to the issuing country? [duplicate]

Use Schengen visa issued by another country to travel others without going to the issuing country? [duplicate] - Cool young woman in straw hat taking self portrait with duck face

I am a Turkish citizen.

For a 4 nights trip, I booked two flights: going to Austria and returning back from from Switzerland, visiting only these two. I have no time to acquire visas of these countries as the trip is just next month.

However, I can obtain a German visa with 'business purposes' easily (likely a multiply entry one). It is possible that I will visit Germany later this year, within the duration of the German visa.

Now, would I get in trouble if I just grab the German visa ASAP and use it first to travel Austria and Switzerland?

I might also stay in Germany for a night if that helps. Or book some hotels to pretend my main destination is Germany, and cancel afterwards. But don't want to get into trouble with later during visa applications.

Do I have to visit the country that issued my Schengen visa?

It does not need to be the country that issued you with a Schengen Visa, as you must apply with the nation where you are planning to spend the majority of your stay in the Schengen Area.

Can I have 2 Schengen visas at the same time?

In theory, it is not possible for a person to hold two valid short stay visas covering the same period. I have a valid Schengen visa but it does not cover my next intended stay, what can I do? In this case, it is possible to file a visa application for another Schengen visa to cover the next intended stay entirely.

Can I visit multiple countries with Schengen visa?

Yes. According to the Schengen rules, the Schengen visa is generally valid for all the countries in the Schengen area.

Can I apply for two visas for different countries at the same time?

Yes you can. No 2 countries share data with each other. Neither are they bothered about you applying visa at the same time. You can apply visa to N number of countries at the same time.
