On the 20 of March this year I will be flying from Ireland to the UK and then on the another EU country.

Can I buy duty free alcohol (as in alcohol with no tax) leaving the UK ?

Is there duty-free between UK and EU?

Since 1st January 2021, residents of England, Scotland and Wales shopping in the EU (or Northern Ireland) are eligible to shop tax-free on certain goods as a private consumer.

No. UK domestic legislation prevents duty free being extended to domestic travellers, so passengers must be leaving the UK in order to be able to purchase goods for their own personal use free of duty and taxes. This has been the law for many years and is unaffected by any Brexit related changes.
