B1/B2 visa holder returning to the US just six months after first visit [duplicate]

B1/B2 visa holder returning to the US just six months after first visit [duplicate] - Serious diverse couple searching way on map

I have a B1/B2 visa, valid for a 10-year period.

I traveled to the US for the first time in 2016, stayed for four months, and left in August 2016.

I am planning to return in February 2017, just six months after my departure. I'm concerned about how that will seem when I arrive at the border, and whether I will be questioned about my reasons for returning so soon.

Am I risking losing my visa since I just spent 4 months in the US and am going back so soon?
