Mistake in the DS160 application form

I've submitted the DS160 application in the month of Feb-2020 and it has lot of mistakes. Hence, I did not schedule an appointment for the interview. << Purpose of visit: to visit my brother house. He is a relative brother >>

I've created a new application and filled the details correctly and scheduled an appointment on July. << Purpose of visit: tourism and explore >> Because, He is not in USA.

Will there be an any issue during interview ?? Would they compare any existing application and current application details and would they ask any questions more on that .??
