Since Qatar is the only Gulf country that hasn't banned travel from India yet.

I am a non-Indian living in India, and I booked a ticket from India to Doha through Indigo and another ticket from Doha to Damascus.

The question is can I transit in Doha for 4 hours waiting for the second flight? Or will I be allowed to board the plane to Doha, knowing that I don't have Visa in Qatar?

Visa is not required if you're staying at the airport during your transit time in Doha.

Can I enter Doha without a visa?

Main navigation. Some visitors to Qatar require a visa, more than 80 countries nationals can enter Qatar visa-free and certain passengers are eligible for visas on arrival. When travelling from Qatar, all expatriate residents, as well as some visitors, must have exit permits.

Does Qatar give transit visa?

The transit visa can be availed in one direction only for the entire journey. The pre-approved transit visa is a single-entry visa valid for a maximum period of 96 hours only. Entry into Qatar with the approved visa must be within 30 days from the date of issuance.
