Time between connecting flights (separate tickets) at CDG

I am flying to CDG with WOW. The airplane arrives at Terminal 1 at 11:30 AM (stats say that usually not later than 12:15 PM). Assuming it will land no later than that, what is the earliest time I can take a domestic flight from terminal 2F on a separate ticket? Do I have to get completely out of the airport? I guess I have to enter EU first. Is there automatic passport control at CDG (like the one in FRA)?
Thanks!

Give yourself a fighting chance As a rule of thumb, on domestic routes, you need a minimum of 45 minutes between flights. That's because you don't have to go through security, customs, and immigration.Do you need another ticket for connecting flight?
A: It depends, but the general rule is NO. Some airlines will through check baggage onto separately ticketed flights, but some won't (even if both tickets are with the same airline). Some airlines will take pity if your delay is due to them, but others don't.Are connecting flights on one ticket?
Fly on a single ticket when you need to connect flightsTypically, any connecting itinerary you arrange on a single ticket conforms with whatever connecting times apply. That's true even on tickets that involve two airlines, as long as those airlines have interline agreements.TRANSFER AT CHARLES DE GAULLE Airport Terminal 2E - How to do a Connection Flight at Paris Airport
