Lufthansa - Rail & Fly at Frankfurt Airport

Lufthansa - Rail & Fly at Frankfurt Airport - White and Blue Lufthansa Airplane

I am arriving at Frankfurt International Airport Terminal 1. I have a Rail&Fly ticket in co-operation with Deutsche Bahn. I would like to know where I should collect my luggage. The last time when I booked, I was able to pick up my baggage at the AIRail terminal in Frankfurt. It was really convenient as I did not have to drag my luggage through the entire length of the terminal. Is this true also with the Rail&Fly ticket? What is the difference between these two types of travel - AIRail and Rail&Fly??

Additionally, I would like to know if the Rail&Fly is valid für using the S-Bahn lines (S2&S3) in Stuttgart (VVS)?
