How much have eastern Bieszczady Mountains changed over the last 30 years?
I used to trek across the eastern Bieszczady Mountains 30 years ago when visiting Poland. It was awesome.
I am planning to be back (this time with my teen children) and would like to understand how much they changed. I am not talking about nostalgia but rather about the availability of food/housing on the mountains, and how much the tracks were made easier. Overall I am trying to understand how much change I can expect.
In other words, would the "me from the late '80s" be surprised if time transported to today, somewhere between Wetlina and Ustrzyki Gorne?
