Where to buy the best tour to Neuschwanstein castle?

We are going to visit Neuschwanstein castle in September. And can`t choose the tour agent to buy this day tour from Munich. Did anybody take such tour from Munich and can recommend us what to choose? Or is it better to get there by public transport?

Is it worth entering Neuschwanstein Castle?

Castle Neuschwanstein is definitely an attraction. But if you don't book the tour in advance (on web), it is most likely that you will wait for ticket for 1 hour, for a tour that will start in 4 hours. All in total if not well prepared you can spend all day for the castle. The visit is very short (30min).

Can you visit Neuschwanstein Castle without a tour?

If you want to enter Neuschwanstein and/or Hohenschwangau, you are required to book a guided tour; you cannot enter the castles on your own, although you can view both from the outside without purchasing the tour tickets. You can purchase tour tickets in advance online, or at the ticket center on the day of your visit.
