When changing airlines on different tickets, do I have to go through customs in Oslo?

When changing airlines on different tickets, do I have to go through customs in Oslo? - Cheerful Asian female friends picking fresh exotic greenery at oriental street store while laughing together

I'm taking a flight (Delta Airlines) from the United States, landing in OSL (Oslo, Norway), getting on a flight with a different airline (British Airways), which will take me to my final destination in the UK. I have no checked bags. I know I will have to go through customs in the UK, but will I have to go through customs and security in OSL to get to my other flight, or will I be able to stay in the terminal and switch gates?

Do I need to collect luggage on a connecting flight?

Check-in baggage will be made available to the passengers at the final destination and boarding passes till destination airport will be issued at the origin airport. Passengers are not required to collect the bag or check-in again at the connecting airport.

Do we need to change flight in connecting flight?

Traditionally this means a single plane, but many "direct" flights now require you to change planes. Check with the airline to confirm. A connecting flight uses different flight numbers for each leg. You will have to change planes.

Domestic: Check-in at least one hour prior to departure. International: Check-in at least 1.5 hours prior to departure. Due to the corona situation and strict requirements for document control, we recommend that you show up in good time before departure.
