How many people stay in a hostel?

You probably won't have your own room if you stay at a hostel. You'll share your room with up to 20 people, many of whom may not care that they have roommates who desire privacy. Some hostels do offer private single and double rooms, but these are usually in high demand, so may not be available during your stay.

Does it matter how many guests you put on hotel?

Hotel rooms can often accommodate multiple adults comfortably. For example, a room with two queen beds and a fold out bed could accommodate six adults without too much trouble. Unfortunately, hotel rooms may limit the occupancy to four or five people which can be pretty inconvenient for large families.

What is a +1 guest?

1 room 1 guest means only 1 guest can stay in the room, a child can accompany the guest and stay for free provided the child's age is below 6 years. At Hotel Ranjit Residency Secunderabad all CHILDREN under 6 years of age are welcome and stay FREE.

Answer 2

You are two guests; select "2" in the drop down. Usually his number will indicate how many beds in a dorm or other shared facility are reserved for you -- the remaining beds will be allocated to other guests. In the case of tents or private rooms, it also helps the hostel know how many you need. If you select 3 people for a 2-person tent, the hostel will reserve 2 tents.

For what it's worth, I recognize the interface in your screenshot. That particular website is rather confusing, and the price is per person, not per tent.
