Unable to book e ticket on irctc desptite having login [closed]

I just created a login for IRCTC and when i actually tried to book a ticket, it only gives me one option as "i-ticket" under ticket type. I am unablet to book tickets as the drop down under ticket type gives only i-ticket option, and does not give e-ticket option.
Please help.

Why I am not able to book my ticket in IRCTC?
Railways have made new rules for passengers who have not booked tickets for a long time due to COVID. Such people will have to first verify their mobile number and email to buy tickets from IRCTC portal. Only then, they will be able to get the ticket.Is IRCTC server down today?
