UK visa refusal and false identification [closed]

UK visa refusal and false identification [closed] - Crop unrecognizable person demonstrating British passport

I am a student and I was refused a visit visa by the UK under requirements paragraph V4.2 of Appendix V because I sort of exaggerated my monthly expenditure which didn’t tally with a financial statement I provided. Also the refusal stated I schooled at a different country meanwhile I provided enough which showed I schooled in my country. When can I apply again and what can I do to prove I’m a genuine visitor.
