Rail premium Tatkal [closed]

I just booked a ticket from a travel agency. The travel agent gave me a pdf of that ticket which shows a total fare of 2490.56 INR. When I checked the PNR inquiry from IRCTC App it shows 2049, which confused me.

Why is premium Tatkal not allowed?

As per IRCTC the ticket booking agents are not allowed to book any ticket in the Premium Tatkal Quota. Confirmed passengers are charged dynamic fares. Under this premium quota, Reservation Against Cancellation (RAC)/ Waitlist ticket bookings are not allowed.

When Tatkal booking is closed?

Like general booking Tatkal Booking also closes four hours before the departure of train. General booking is opened 4 month advance for all classes. Tatkal Booking is opened 10 & 11 hrs for AC & sleeper class respectively.
