I want an advice on this issue. While i was back in Africa(year 2000) i wanted to travel to France to play football and i have to obtain my passport with a lesser age(04/04/1981).My visa was denied because of invalid documentation. No finger print/Biomertic was taken at the French embassy.

Later i have to change back my date of birth to the original one(04/04/1977).Eleven years later (2013) i got United kingdom work permit on my new passport(original age) and i have been renewing my work permit in the UK on the new passport without any problem.

NOW MY QUESTION:

I am planning to apply for my settlement in the UK and on the form they ask if i have been refused any other country visa. Please, should i mention the France viva i was refused in the year 2000?**Remember i used different date of birth and no finger print taken.**Am just too confused PLEASE ADVISE ME. Thanks.

What happens if you make a mistake on your visa application?

Mistakes on application form can be disastrous. If the mistake is interpreted by officials as an attempt to mislead or deceive, the application must be refused. If the application is for an entry clearance, it will also lead to a 10 year ban on re-entry.

Can you have two different visa applications at the same time?

If you apply for two types of visas and are eligible for both visas, consular officers are permitted to issue two concurrently valid visas. For example, you may have a B1/B2 visa for tourist purposes that was granted for 10 years and also be issued an E-2 visa to run a business in the United States.

Can I edit my visa application after submission?

However, there's no need to panic, either. Although it's true that the State Department does not provide a way to go back and change an already submitted DS-160, you can go online to submit a new, corrected DS-160, print the new confirmation page, and bring that to your interview at the consulate or embassy.
