I am traveling from Europe to Las Vegas. Newark is my transfer city and I need to get from Terminal B to C.

My questions is - when I collect my baggage on Terminal B, do I have to recheck it in Terminal B or take it to Terminal C and there drop it off?

Do I need to recheck my luggage at Newark Airport?

The Customs agent will ask you if you have anything to declare. They may wave you on through or make a full inspection of your bags - it's done randomly. Once you clear customs you'll recheck your bags just outside the customs roomm. You then proceed to your departure gate (follow the signs).

Do I have to go through customs for a connecting flight in Newark?

For international arriving passengers, you must claim all checked bags at Customs and recheck with your departing airline, even if the bags are checked to your final destination!

How do I pick someone up from Newark Airport?
