My wife and I are moving to Tokyo, Japan towards the end of March 2020, from Europe. We have our new jobs lined up, we've handed in our notice on our jobs and apartment, and have a temporary place to stay when we arrive.

But with the coronavirus outbreak and the response to it stepping up, should we be worried about our flight being cancelled, or some other potential problem that would affect our move? We are around 40 and relatively fit, so it's probably not the end of the world if we catch the virus, but it would be a huge problem if we were stuck here with no place to live, due to travel restrictions.

Obviously I'm not asking what will happen in the future. What I want to know is, in the case that a pandemic is declared, is it possible that travel to Japan from Europe would become difficult or impossible?
