Late night transportation in Leipzig

Late night transportation in Leipzig - Road in modern city street with lights through car window in rainy weather

I'll arrive in Leipzig/Halle Airport (LEJ) at 22:45 around the midnight, I want to move from the airport to the central station (specifically A&O hostel).

Is there any public transportation available at midnight?
I've heared of the Nightliner buses. Do they pass by the airport? Where should I wait for them?
