I was checking in for a Condor flight from Seattle to Frankfurt this week and upon initial check in I was offered the option to upgrade to Business or Premium Economy. However despite me trying four different credit cards from two different countries, the payment didn’t go through. I then came back to the check in process after a few hours and this time the website didn’t offer me an upgrade option at all, no matter where I looked.

Does Condor officially support flight upgrades over their website? Or was I a part of some A/B experiment and the feature isn’t actually live?
