How to get to Nikko from Tokyo for free using a NIKKO PASS?
I've been reading about Nikko Pass (2 or 4 day options) and they never explain how to reach Nikko without paying an extra for the "limited express" train. In fact, their website promotes it as "Round trip ticket between boarding station and Shimo-imaichi" but then in the purchase process they try you to buy a "limited express" ticket.
So, the question is: is it possible to get to Nikko from Asakusa without paying an extra? If this is possible, how? I've tried with Hyperdia, but all train combinations I find include a limited express train.
