I am an Australian Citizen working in US on E3 visa with Employer A and my Visa is valid till 2020. I received a good offer from another Employer B and applied for a new E3 visa which went into administrative process and took 4 months, now I have been told to submit my passport for visa stamp.
Currently I am working on a project with employer A and I cannot leave this project for 3 months. Can I request US Visa Officer not to cancel my current visa.
