Assistance with luggage at London Heathrow

Assistance with luggage at London Heathrow - Person Wearing Gray Low-top Shoes

I would like to know if a porter can take my suitcases from terminal 2 to terminal 3 at London Heathrow, to take them to left luggage until I fly out the next day, as I’d prefer not to take them to my hotel and back in the morning.

It is not a connecting flight, so I cannot check them through. I have four suitcases and am travelling alone.

There are both porter and left baggage service available at Heathrow.

I assume you need to reserve a porter for your arrival and departure to help you with your luggage.

How do I get assistance at Heathrow Airport?

Please use a help point to request assistance to the terminal building. Alternatively please call the assistance team directly on 020 8757 2700 (all terminals) to arrange for support from your vehicle or drop off location.

How do I request special assistance at the airport?

When you arrive at the airport you should go to as assistance point. This can be inside or outside of the terminal. Assistance points will usually have some type of disability related logo, and include a buzzer or telephone to enable you to call for assistance should they not be staffed at that time.

Can you still get special assistance at the airport?

If you're a passenger with a disability or reduced mobility you are legally entitled to support, commonly known as 'Special Assistance', when travelling by air. This means airports and airlines must provide help and assistance, which is free of charge, and helps ensure you have a less stressful journey.

How do I add assistance to my flight?

After purchasing your airline ticket, you'll need to contact the airline to request any special assistance that you will need at the airport. Be sure to review the list of airline special assistance request codes before calling the air carrier.
