What is a flight ticket coupon?
When buying a roundtrip flight ticket, a single ticket and a single PNR (Passenger Name Record) is issued. But I've heard that one can cancel a single leg of that roundtrip booking. How is that possible? They told me that this tickets have two "coupons", and they cancel the coupon instead of ticket.
