UK Transit visa in Heathrow from Dublin? (Vietnamese national)
I am flying from Dublin to Vietnam via Heathrow airport. The stopover lasts for about 2 hrs and i don’t have to change terminals at Heathrow or anything. I don’t have to collect my luggage either. I do know I have to check in again to get boarding pass though.
When i check on the GOV.UK website they say I don’t need because of the EU residence permit (which I have), but I have heard of instances where ground check-in staff asks for transit visa nonetheless. I just want to ask if you guys been in a similar situation and if I do encounter push-back like that what should i do or say?
Thanks :)
