Turtle-watching on Isla Bastimentos in Panama

I have read in the Lonely Planet guide for Panama that it is possible to see turtles lay their eggs on Isla Bastimentos in Panama, in particular on the Playa Larga. Unfortunately the guidebook doesn't give any details.

So the question is: how can this be arranged? Are there any tour operators that offer this and where can I find them? We will be traveling with small children, so we are after some relatively easy way to accomplish this.

Where can you see turtles in Panama?

Two great places to observe them on your Panama tours is Playa Bluff on Isla Colon in Bocas del Toro Province and the Isla de Canas Wildlife Refuge off the Azuero Peninsula where all four species come to nest.
