Sum miles in only one miles program

Sum miles in only one miles program - A Close-up Shot of a Speedometer

I'm a member of the Executive Club of BA. I'd like to understand if I can earn and put together miles form flights of other companies of the One World alliance.

For instance, assume that I have 1000 miles in the Executive Club program. If I'll fly in the future with Iberia (150 miles for the flight) will I be able to claim the miles of Iberia in the Executive Club (and reach 1150)?

Are miles programs worth it?

Yes, airline miles are worth it. Whether you earn airline miles through an airline's frequent flyer program or from a credit card with miles, you're earning something of value in return for money you would be spending anyway.

How are Capital One miles calculated?

Since Capital One miles are worth 1 cent per mile for all travel redemption options, calculating the value of your miles is very simple. Just divide the number of miles you've accrued by 100 to get a dollar value.

How are award miles calculated?

Under the fare-based system, award miles are calculated as follows: airfare (ticket price + supplements charged by the Miles & More partner airline) x factor = number of award miles earned.
