Single parent travelling with minors [closed] - Mother going mad while sitting with children

Single parents travelling internationally with minor children may need a notarized letter from the other parent. My husband/the father of my children passed away. What should I bring on our trip to Italy? Thanks!

Can you travel with only one parent?

Child Travel Consent If a child is crossing borders alone or with an adult who isn't their legal guardian, they need a consent letter signed by both parents. If they are traveling with one parent, the other parent needs to sign the consent form as well.

Do you need a notarized letter to travel with child UK?

If both parents are travelling with their child they will not need a notarised letter of consent. However if only one parent, or somebody other than a child's parent, is taking the child on holiday a notarised letter of consent to travel should always be strongly considered.

Can I take my child on holiday without fathers permission UK?

You must get the permission of everyone with parental responsibility for a child or from a court before taking the child abroad. Taking a child abroad without permission is child abduction.
