Are there spreadsheet templates to help plan a several week visit by 6 family units, covering several locations, when not everyone will be in the same place at the same time? The goal is to see where everyone is at any time, and to see who will be in the same city on any given day.

How I use Excel to organize all my travel plans?

Creating a Work Schedule in Excel
  • Open Excel and start a new blank spreadsheet.
  • Select cells A1 to E2 and click \u201cMerge and Center\u201d
  • Type \u201cWeekly Schedule\u201d or whatever you want to name your schedule in the A1:E2.
  • Choose your font size and align center.
  • Select cells F1 to H2 and from the \u201cBorders\u201d dropdown, choose all borders.


  • How do I plan a trip in Google Sheets?

    Open the workbook that you want to use as a template. , and then click Save As. In the File name box, type the name that you want to use for the template. In the Save as type box, click Excel Template, or click Excel Macro-Enabled Template if the workbook contains macros that you want to make available in the template.
