"EQP" on air ticket confirmation via a travel agency

"EQP" on air ticket confirmation via a travel agency - Hot Air Balloons on Brown Field

I recently booked a flight through a travel agency and I found this section in my booking confirmation they sent to me. What does "EQP is 'Open'" mean? I did confirm outwards and return legs with them so it shouldn't mean "open ticket". What exactly does "EQP" refer to?

How can I confirm my flight ticket is real?

These are the steps you can follow to verify your reservation step by step:

  • Under My trip section, enter the 6 character PNR code along with your last name or family name.
  • You can see your trip details along with your name. That's it!

  • What is flight ticket confirmation number?

It can be called \u201cbooking code,\u201d \u201cairline record locator,\u201d or \u201creservation number.\u201d Typically, it's alphanumeric, meaning it contains both numbers and letters, allowing the code to be short, around six characters long. This identification enables airlines to look up your travel itinerary quickly.

If your boarding pass has no seat assignment and says \u201csee agent,\u201d your flight may be oversold.
