Proof of vaccination for entry to EU
The EU have announced that they will let people travel to the bloc from the US provided they have been vaccinated, starting sometime in June, but is anything known about what proof they will require? They are introducing a "digital green pass" (essentially a vaccine passport) but I can't find anything on how you get one if you haven't been vaccinated in the EU.
PS it may be they'll let people in with a negative test, regardless of vaccination status, but you might have to quarantine if you do it that way, so I am specifically interested in proof of vaccination.
