Malta visa VFS global "unauthorized user" [closed]

I'm trying to apply to a Schengen visa to visit Malta.

I've been directed to make an appointment on vfs.global's website. But it doesn't allow me to proceed to the final step.

Is this the correct website to apply to a Schengen visa to Malta? Does anyone know what I'm missing?

Is Malta Visa open?

Can I apply for my visit visa for Malta now? No. You can only apply for a Schengen short stay visa within 3 months of your scheduled date of travel. The processing time can be extended to a maximum of 30 days if more scrutiny of the application is needed.
