Is there a published schedule for Disney World's extended opening hours?

Each day, one of the 4 Walt Disney World theme parks opens one hour early or remains open up to 3 hours after regular closing time.
Is the days for each park published anywhere? I had no luck searching myself but I'm not sure where to look.
