Insurance against flight with a bad record of delays?

Insurance against flight with a bad record of delays? - Unrecognizable young woman demonstrating prohibition sign showing gesture of refuse using hand and note with sign stop

I am flying into CDG Paris and have a TGV train to another French city. I paid well in advance for both flight and train sometime ago to get the best possible prices. I thought I had time to clear baggage claims and immigration at the CDG (~2 hrs). But now I realize the flight I am taking has a very bad on time record and is often delayed in excess of 4 hrs. In such a case I will definitely miss the train, will have to buy an expensive ticket on the next day and stay in a hotel overnight as it is the last train on the day.

Does it make sense to get some travel insurance against this scenario ?
