I am an Indian Citizen currently visiting US on a Multiple Entry tourist visa. I am planning a short ( 6 days) trip to Mexico and then return to US. Do I need a Mexican visa? Will there be any problem while re-entry to US?

According to Timatic, you will not need a visa for Mexico, since you already have a valid US visa.
