I have forgotten both my immi account (Australian Visa Application Account) password and security questions.

When I tried to recover my password through the option ''I have forgotten my ImmiAccount username or password'' in immi accout webpage, I was required to answer my security questions. Regrettably, I have forgotten my answers to these questions.

How can I recover my immi account without answering the security questions?

Forgotten username or password

go to ImmiAccount.

select 'I have forgotten my ImmiAccount username '

enter the email address associated with your username.

select the check box for 'I am not a robot'

select 'Continue'

check the email we send you.

Can I create another ImmiAccount?

Yes, you can have them as far as I have seen. Most important thing is the information given in the visa process than anything else. I can't quote any link but here's a common reason why people have multiple ImmiAccount. They forget the login and hence create another one and receive visa later.
