The name in My Passport is Moe Swe Myint.

But E ticket print as MoeSweMyint/MR MR .

Will this cause me any problems?

Call the airline to check. Shouldn't be an issue so long as your ID matches the name. However if the ID doesn't match you may have a problem with the initial screening.

Asked and answered many, many times on this forum. Titles mean nothing whatsoever and as long as the first and last names are correct (match the passport) this will be a complete non-issue.

Does it matter if you put Mr instead of Miss on flight details?

Yep, it makes no difference, you can call yourself anything you want, it's the name on the passport that needs to match.

Does the name on your boarding pass have to match your ID?

Under the Transportation Security Administration's (T.S.A.) rules, the name on the boarding pass must match the passenger's government-issued ID.
