GES/GOES application id error for background verification

I have applied for US global entry program via https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/dashboard.I have filled the application and paid the fee. For background verification in india, i have registered the account in passportseva website https://portal1.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/user/userLogin but after entering all the details its showing GES/GOES Application id or date of birth as incorrect,i have attached image for the same. The application id which i entered is a 9 digit number that was shown in TTP dashboard. Could any of you help me out with this issue

What is GES or goes application ID?

Email will contain the steps to create a Login Id and or login to portal and fill out the application. Also, in the email, you will find a GES ID : XXXXXXXX. This is the ID you should enter in your application. This number is not same as the GOES Application ID.

What is GEP verification?

A: Background verification for GEP is a miscellaneous service provided via Passport Seva System to conduct vetting of the Passport and Police/Criminality check for Indian Citizens willing to enrol for U.S. CBP Global Entry Program (GEP).
