I was on a professional mission for 5 days.
The flying company that I used, for reasons that I don't know, delayed (or lost for sometime) my luggages until the last day of my mission.
That put me in trouble staying with the same clothes for 5 days, all my papers, PC, everything I needed for my mission was there.
When the company finaly found my luggages it didn't take the pain to apologize.
Will a law suit be successful?
