FlightView.com has great reports on historic flights (I work in sales there). They're the only flight data provider which are selected as consultants to the FAA, so you know you're getting the most accurate data.

Aside from military and government sensitive flights, flight information collected by the FAA is considered public information because taxpayers pay for air traffic controllers, runways, towers, and other resources utilized by both commercial and private pilots.

How long do airlines keep records?

After being gathered by airlines and travel agents, the data will be stored on a central database for 30 days, before being redacted so individuals are no longer easily identifiable. But the information will be retained for up to five years and can be \u201cunmasked\u201d upon request by authorities.

How do I find past flights on Flightradar24?

You can now play back all flights around the world in the Flightradar24 app. You'll see the new Playback button in the bottom toolbar of the app after updating to the latest version in the App Store or Play Store. Just tap the button, choose a date and time (UTC) and hit start.
