Does the Carte 12-25 still exist in France?
Back in the day, I used a "Carte 12-25" discount card to obtain discounts on rail travel in France. I see that the 12-25 card has a website, complete with a spot to order, but the main page seems to indicate that the program doesn't exist any more, and has been replaced by the "Voyageur" card program. However, the Voyageur program doesn't seem to be the same at all, as it appears to be more of a frequent flyer style program. This seems like a program to use in addition to the "Carte 12-25", not as a replacement.
So, does the "Carte 12-25" still exist, and if not, when did it go away?
Best Answer
Carte 12-25 (and some others) still exists but is buried in obscure places of voyages-sncf.com, in order to promote yet another fidelity program.
