What counts as your country of residence?

What exactly does your \u201ccountry of residence\u201d mean? Your country of residence is the country where you are granted permission to live permanently. You also need to have lived there for the majority of the last 12 months for it to be considered your true country of residence.

How do you answer country of residence?

Your country of residence can be the same as your nationality if you live in that same country. However, if you have a visa or permit that gives you the right to live permanently in a country outside of your country of origin, that country will then be your country of residence.

Can UK residents still Interrail?

If you're a UK citizen, you can still travel with an Interrail Pass \u2013 this won't change as a result of the Brexit. Check the UK Government advice on how Brexit will affect travel to the EU.

Can UK residents buy an Interrail pass?

Interrail Passes can only be used by European citizens and permanent residents of Europe. You'll find the full list of participating countries below, plus loads of other useful information. If you're a UK resident, Brexit doesn't affect the Interrail Pass. You can still purchase and use one as normal.
