I'm going on a trip with Interrail soon. My friends (from the UK) don't actually have an official proof of residence and are a bit worried.
Is anyone actually checked for their proof of residence and if so in which countries?

What exactly does your \u201ccountry of residence\u201d mean? Your country of residence is the country where you are granted permission to live permanently. You also need to have lived there for the majority of the last 12 months for it to be considered your true country of residence.How do you answer country of residence?
