Is Vueling strict with bag size?

Vueling are relatively strict and state that if you are permitted to board with a full-sized carry on, you'll be limited to dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. To be able to bring this bag on board, you must book the relevant fare type, or pay extra as a Basic Fare customer.
