Neither the bridge nor the tunnel connecting Windsor (Ontario, Canada) to Detroit (Michigan, USA) allows bicycles. According to Google Maps, the nearest ferry is on the other side of Lake St. Clair.

However, there appears to be a truck ferry. Although marketed for trucks, is it possible to use it as a cyclist, either formally or informally?
