Is it currently (28-Apr-2020) possible for Europeans to cross from Guatemala into Mexico overland at one of the two borders close to Tapachula: (1) Tecun Umán / Hidalgo or (2) Carmen / Talismán.

I have been told that (a) the border is closed due to a migrant caravan and (b) even if the border was open, roads are being blocked by locals.
