Applied for UK Visa in the US: Decision made but not shipped [closed]

Applied for UK Visa in the US: Decision made but not shipped [closed] - White and Brown Sailing Ship

I was hoping to travel to the UK on Wednesday, September 26, and applied for a general visit visa (since I'm an Indian citizen on a student visa in the US), and paid for the expedited 5-day processing. I went for my biometrics on September 17, and shipped my application that very day, which reached them on Tuesday.

On Friday, September 21 I receive an email that a decision had been made, and my application was going to be dispatched... except it's Monday today and looks like it's still not been shipped (I'm checking the UPS return label I included as part of my application). What's going on? Any way I could reach them? (The helpline guys are clueless)

Edit: My main concern is, I need my passport back for the main non-UK leg of my trip, and there seems to be no way of reaching out to them.
