3 Days to drive from Las Vegas to Los Angeles [closed]

I'm visiting the US for the first time and will stay for a couple of days in Las Vegas but, before catching the flight back to Europe (in Las Vegas), I'll have 3 whole days to get to know a bit of the surroundings! So this means I'm starting those 3 days on a Friday in Vegas and have to catch a flight on Monday in Vegas!
My plan is to rent a car for those 3 days and use it to get to places faster and to save some money by sleeping in it! I'm thinking of focusing in the Los Angeles area and would like to know your suggestions on places to visit and itineraries I should take.
Here's a couple of items I have on my list
- Ride a bike from Santa Monica to Manhattan Beach
- Visit Hollywood
- Watch a ball game
- Visit Joshua Tree
- Find out where can I rent a locker near Santa Monica
- Find out where can I safely park the car and sleep
So... what are your ideas?
